Conduct in-home consults on behavior modification for problem behaviors commonly seen in pet dogs and cats.

Training Philosophy: Research in animal behavior allows us to train what TO DO using positives methods rather than what NOT to do using aversive means. I teach humane, effective methods for the most challenging of dogs.

 

Locations Served: Montgomery County, Maryland, DC, and surrounding suburbs including Northern Virginia.

 

During a consult I will take a detailed history so that an accurate assessment can be made. I'll identify contributing factors and explain why the pet is exhibiting an unwanted behavior. Clients go home with handouts, a customized program, and working knowledge of how to implement a training plan. After each consult a written assessment is sent to your veterinarian.
