I provide positive in-home training and behavioral consultations for all dogs and their owners. This includes puppies and proper transitional programs for newly adopted rescue dogs.

Training Philosophy: My philosophy is positive training in the home for dogs and their owners that not only addresses unwanted behaviors but also the mindset that causes those behaviors. In-Home training will ensure that the positive change is enjoyable and lasting.

 

Locations Served: Serving the Chicagoland area in Illinois. Lake, Porter, LaPorte and St. Joseph Counties in Northwest Indiana. Berrien, Cass and Van Buren Counties in Southwest Michigan.

 

I received my dog trainer education through FernDog Trainer Academy. I currently volunteer as an onsite trainer at the Humane Society of Northwest Indiana. Training sessions are available in the evening 6:00pm to 9:00pm and on weekends. The initial phone consultation is free. Training session costs are $40 for one session and $100 for a three session package. Training sessions will last about an hour and half. If you have a rescue dog and provide proof of the rescue that you adopted your dog from, I will donate a portion of your paid session fees to that rescue.
