My primary specialties are supporting families with children and dogs and anyone with new puppies and newly adopted dogs. I work with clients to resolve immediate concerns and build strong, positive relationships with their dogs, through training, that are based on mutual trust, understanding, and respect.

Welcome! Since my early days as a training assistant, I knew I wanted to work with families with dogs and children. I enjoy guiding families toward positive training, workable solutions and routines that support the ongoing safety, comfort, and success of everyone in the household. My primary goal is to enrich relationships between family members and their dogs through greater Dog Awareness and positive training. For years I presented dog safety programs at various venues as a community service, and volunteered at my local Humane Society (all my dogs have been adopted) and my children's schools. Having juggled career, parenting, and volunteering myself, I love assisting newer families as they sort it all out!
