I offer group classes, private in-home training sessions and a board/training option at my home. In addition to general training issues such as walking quietly on lead, house-breaking, lack of focus etc., I also can help you and your dog prepare for AKC obedience and Rally competitions. As a former AKC judge, I offer handling classes to help prepare you to show your dog in AKC breed competition. Finally, I specialize in working with younger family members to help them understand their pet's behavior and giving them tools to assist in the training process. I employ the same methods in training humans as I do in training their dogs - positive reinforcement, patience, consistency and a sense of humor. I believe training should be fun for you and your dog!
