She then went on to complete an instructor apprenticeship program with a positive-reinforcement-based training facility in Tacoma where she passed a written and practical exam. Jennifer also managed a premier dog training facility in Sumner, Washington 2012-2015.
Jennifer constantly strives to refine and improve her training methods and behavior knowledge by attending seminars and workshops, working with recognized trainers and reading respected literature. In the last three years, Jennifer accumulated 200 hours of continuing education through live seminars and workshops.

Jennifer and her husband, Ken, are currently active hiking and having fun with their 5-year-old Doberman pup, Marvel.
