Locations Served: London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire - UK Hanne Grice Dip, BA (Hons), MSc (Distinction) – is a Clinical Animal Behaviourist, trainer, published author, educationalist and founder of the award winning pet behaviour company Hanne Grice Training & Behaviour (formerly Walk the Dog™). Hanne has won a number of awards both nationally and locally for her work, has represented female entrepreneurs presenting in front of government bodies and Ministers. She is the author of Playing With Your Dog, and contributes to a number of printed and online publications sharing advice on canine and feline behaviour, animal care and management. Hanne has given expert advice on the BBC Breakfast sofa and regularly on BBC Radio 5 Live, Talk Radio, Talk Sport, Times Radio, Radio Dacorum and BBC Three Counties. Hanne also runs workshops for pet owners and pet professionals on a range of topics including; bite prevention, enrichment, reactivity, feline and canine body language as well as first aid.
Hanne is also a Kids Around Dogs Approved Trainer and certified in Protocol to Overcome the Fear of Dogs in Kids, Victoria Stillwell Academy Dog Trainer Course Mentor in the UK and Faculty Advisor, a Blue Cross Volunteer Educational Speaker, and a sessional lecturer at University Centre Bishop Burton responsible for the MSc Applied Animal Behaviour & Training – Human Animal Interactions, and MSc Animal Behaviour Consulting modules, lecturer on the MSc Animal Behaviour & Welfare degree, and is a MSc final project Supervisor. Hanne has also lectured for FdSc Applied Canine Behaviour and Training – Advanced Dog Training module Year 3, and Year 1 students. Additionally, Hanne peer-reviews scientific papers put forward for publication to the journal Society & Animals.
