We specialize in difficult dogs and have been doing so since 1992. Karen Taylor is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed and has 25 years of experience in professional dog training and behavior consulting. If you have a behavior problem with your dog or need to start your puppy off on the right foot we can help. Happy to help start your service or therapy dog! We train pet dogs, but are the place to start if you will be pursing obedience, confirmation, agility, or rally obedience. Whatever your dog sport we will help you lay a great foundation for your continuing pursuits. We are recommended by veterinarians, groomers and other trainers in addition to our client referrals as a great place to start off. We often give phone and email help when possible. Our services include but not are not limited to separation anxiety, feces eating, aggression (with dogs, on leash, food, toys, humans, beds and sleeping, etc.), fear (thunder storms, fireworks, people, dogs, kids, etc.), kids and dogs, inappropriate urination and defecation, fly biting, shadow chasing, car chasing, leash walking problems, obsessive compulsive disorders, you name it, we have probably helped a client deal with it! Our training focuses on the positive! People and dogs love our groups because we focus on the training your dog to be a great pet and distractions are built in! We have fun, but are always mindful that you need to leave class with a well trained companion, whether you purchase a group or private training package of 4 or more sessions. We will get the job done! Together! You and your dog have to show up and practice a little! Our prices are around $129-189 for classes (give or take depends on the class) and between $75-$150 for a private session, depending on the package purchased.
