I am a Canine Trainer with over 20 years of extensive experience in teaching, encouraging and motivating people and their dogs. I am a true animal-lover with an excellent understanding of advanced dog training methodologies. I am is well-versed in developing training plans for individual dogs and classes. I have been an AKC CGC and an AKC Fit Dog evaluator since 2007. I am a certified Fear Free Canine Trainer. I continue to take online/in-person training courses to keep up to date and to be able to add different tools to my training toolbox, since dog training is not a one size fits all. I am currently competing in AKC and UKC competition obedience, rally and Nosework with my Kerry Blue Terrier. I have also put an AKC Preferred UDX along with a UKC Utility title on my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier along with winning multiple High in Trials. My Wheaten Terrier was also the first Wheaten to earn a Rally RACH tile. We also won the Rally Masters championship at the 2021 AKC Rally Nationals, being the first Wheaten Terrier to ever finish in first place at Rally Nationals. Training dogs is a true passion for me and I loves assisting dog owners in raising good canine citizens!
