Training Equipment: Gentle leaders, martingales, harnesses are my preferred tools. Additionally, I promote the use of toys and food as a way to facilitate the learning process. Using desired rewards can enhance the learning experience for the dog.

 

Training Philosophy: I use dog and human friendly training principles to create programs that are individually designed for you and your dog.

My current focus is the development of the National Association of Canine Scent Work, LLC® (www.nacsw.net) and K9 Nose Work® (www.k9nosework.com). Through the NACSW we offer foundation and skill development working seminars in K9 Nose Work. In addition we are rolling out our new K9 Nose Work Shelter Project to bring the ideas and concepts of K9 Nose Work to the shelter environment.
