Amanda Berk has a lot of experience working with Families who have children with learning disabilities Insured and bonded 6 week Basic Packages available. I strive to teach my clients as much as teach their dog how to live in harmony. I have a degree in Sociology, certified Animal Control. I had the honor/opportunity to spend hundreds of hands on hours working w/mentor (Steve Diller) + the pleasure spending hours at dog park observing and playing with all different breeds of dogs. My 6 week programs (AGE SPECIFIC Fees) + Age Specific Topicscovers all foundation behaviors. 'In my opinion' THIS MEANS: A FOCUS/ ATTENTION WORD, A RELEASE WORD,SIT,DOWN(LURE)/DOWN(HAND SIGNAL), HEEL/ LOOSE LEASH WALKING, RECALL/ COME, STAY, A SLOW DOWN+ WAIT WORD, A GET UP AND GO!WORD A strong mastery of foundation behaviors ='s a great starting point towards having a well behaved, fufilled dog! If Pet has had some training and knows some of these "commands" I come prepared to proof and perfect your pets proficiency in those areas. Information such as feeding, handling, grooming, manners, doorway etiquette, educational play and games...May cover more- depending on family/ Class size,knowledge of dogs and training, etc. My Pup's Program is offered when Pets are at 8 weeks old until 6 months... Primary Puppy Class is for Pets 6 months- 1 year And Begging for Basics is offered for Pets 1 Year and Older. Mini Clinics (1 or 2 visits) available to address certain issues you may be having with your pet, teach one or two tricks, educate on a specific item of concern- *In homes requiring multiple dog training- fee is 50% off Second Dog if lessons held together *If you know of other families/ friends interested in dog training and your home/ office/ apartment building has space- a group disc
