I am the only animal behavior consultant in Utah affiliated with the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB). I have over 15 years of experience in academic and applied animal behavior including unique experience training wild canids; you're in good hands! I have a PhD in animal behavior and learned shaping and positive reinforcement techniques from Dr Susan Friedman, a behaviorist with over 25 years of experience in training, and trained coyotes in behavioral work. I am a trainer and placement manager for Canines with a Cause, a non-profit organization in Salt Lake City with a mission to help shelter dogs find homes by training them to work as companion, therapy and service dogs for veterans in need.
