Aunt T's Paws uses scientifically-based, positive reinforcement training methods to coach you and your dog as a team.
 
 
Training Philosophy: Our dogs are family members. We have an obligation and commitment to protect, love, play with and care for our furry family members for their entire lives. That care includes teaching them the right skills and how to make the right behavior choices.

Angie Mueller is a Certified Training Partner of the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior. Since 2011, she has been part of the Michigan Humane Society Pawsitive Start program as a volunteer canine trainer. There, she teaches basic obedience to adoptable shelter dogs and has done behavior modification with dogs in need of extra help. Angie uses rewards-based training techniques based on proven scientific methods for behavior modification. She believes in the power of positive reinforcement and pledges to train without the use of shock collars, prong collars, pain or intimidation. Angie believes education in canine behavior is a life-long process. She attends seminars and workshops to further her understanding of canine behavior and welfare, and is continuing her studies at the Ethology Institute of Cambridge for Animal Behavior and Learning and The Dunbar Academy.
